Synopsis: Iqbal is a deaf and mute boy, who wants to play cricket for India against his fathers wishes. Iqbals sister, Khadija enrolls him into a nearby cricket academy run by a former India captain, but is thrown out when he competes with the son of the financer of the academy. Iqbal seeks help from the local drunkard, Mohit, an ex-cricketer and manages to earn a place in the state Ranji Trophy team. Iqbal overcomes obstacles created by influential people and wins a place in the national team.
